Clayton County school board member Michael King will ask a law firm to stop representing the board on Monday, saying the attorneys have a conflict of interest. The board hired the Jonesboro firm Fincher, Denmark & Williams to represent the district for some legal work. Fincher-Denmark also represents the board's ethics commission, which recommended King be removed from the board.
